Art Direction 
Ad Units
The New York Times has a series of proprietary ad units which we call Flex Frames. My team works on developing creative for these units and also designing new formats within the design system. Depending on whether the program is large or smaller I will work independently or on a team to develop these units and they will live in article or on section fronts. From interactive UI elements to art direction for creative I have a hand in creating the most custom ads on our platform.
